How to Use
Everything eFootball World can do, in one place. Open a section, then tap a question to see the answer.
Getting Started
Without an account you can search players and managers, open player pages, try builds, use the Compare page, browse formations and read the feed.
Sign in (Google or Discord) to save builds and formations, like, rate, comment, follow people and get notifications.
Open the settings menu at the top right (the gear icon, or your avatar when signed in) and choose Language. The site is available in 20 languages, and your choice is remembered on this device.
Yes. Open Translation in the same menu:
- Auto — translate into your site language (default)
- a specific language — always translate into that language
- Off — always show the original text
Translated text shows a Translated label. Tap Show original to see what the author wrote.
Pages that differ by platform show a Mobile / Console selector. The two platforms have separate player data, builds and formations, so switch before you search or save.
Yes. In the settings menu, turn on Show Max OVR and Show Max Level under "Search Card Display". Search result cards will then show the fully trained values.
When signed in, open the menu from your avatar:
- Edit Profile — username and profile picture
- Nations — the flag shown next to your name
- Blocked Users — people you have blocked
- Log Out and Delete Account
Deleting your account cannot be undone.
Finding Players
Type the name into the search box on the Player page. On smaller screens, the magnifier icon in the header opens a quick search from any page.
Use the filter bar: card type, positions, nations, region, leagues, teams, attacking and defensive playing styles, skills, AI playing styles, foot, condition, weak foot, form and injury resistance.
The Stats button filters by individual stats (attack, pass, defense, physical, GK, body). Active filters appear as chips — tap a chip to remove it.
Sort by latest, overall, popularity, views or rating. You can also sort by body metrics such as leg coverage, arm coverage, torso collision, jump height and leg length.
A dropdown next to the search box with ready-made lists of cards, so you do not have to set up the filters yourself.
Player Page & Builds
Use – / + on each category (Shooting, Passing, Dribbling, Dexterity, Lower Body Strength, Aerial Strength, Defending — or the three GK categories for keepers). The counter shows points used out of the total, and every stat updates as you go.
Tip: press and hold – / + to keep adding or removing points — no need to tap again and again.
On a wide screen the stats panel appears on the side automatically.
Max spends all points automatically with a recommended allocation for the selected position. Once every point is used, the same button becomes Reset.
The card has two booster slots. Tap a slot to choose a booster; its stat bonus is applied right away. Some slots are fixed by the card itself and cannot be changed.
Choose a manager in the stats panel. The stat boost from that manager’s proficiency in the player’s playing style is applied. Tick Lock Manager to keep the same manager while you move between players.
Use the arrow next to the position to pick a condition from A (best) to E (worst). Stats go up or down just like in the game, so you can see how the card plays on a good or a bad week.
Pick the position from the position dropdown — the overall is recalculated for it. To add positions through training, tap Add positions.... Only the positions and number of steps the game allows can be added. The position board shows how well the player fits each spot.
Tap Add Skill, choose skills up to the card’s limit, then tap Done. The lightning switch shows the stat boost that some skills give.
It shows on the position board where the player’s attacking (ATT) or defensive (DEF) playing style is active. Outside those positions the player plays with the Basic style — his stats do not drop, only the playing-style behaviour is missing.
For some newly announced special cards the max level is not confirmed yet. On those cards you can enter a level yourself — for example one shared by the community — to preview the build.
If the real level turns out to be different at release, builds made with the old level may be deleted.
Tap the megaphone icon next to Level and send the correct values.
Tap Add to Squad, write an optional description and choose Public or Private. All progression points must be spent before you can save. Saved builds appear in My Squad.
Tap Builds at the bottom of the player page. You can sort by most liked, most viewed, newest or oldest, and filter by position. Open a build to preview it.
A quick compare between the player you are viewing and one of your saved builds. Both sides are calculated with the highest manager proficiency currently in the game (if a higher one is released, that value is used) and condition C, so only the builds themselves are compared.
Signing in is required. Goalkeepers cannot be compared with outfield players.
Tap the download icon (inside Menu on mobile) and choose Simple or Detailed.
Rate lets you score the card, and Like adds your like to it. The totals help others find popular cards. Both require signing in.
A list of the other cards of the same player, with their max overall. Tap one to jump to it.
Compare
1 vs 1 puts two players side by side with a radar chart and stat bars. Multi compares up to 8 players at once.
Tap an empty slot and search for a player. When signed in, you can also pick from My Builds.
Yes. Tap the edit icon on a player to change points (Max / Reset), boosters and position. One manager selector applies to every player, so the comparison stays fair.
Goalkeepers use different stat categories, so 1 vs 1 only allows GK vs GK or outfield vs outfield.
Yes. Use the download icon in the compare toolbar.
Formation Builder
On the Formation page, tap Add Formation and choose Create new or Start from a previous build. Signing in is required.
Player search in the builder only includes cards that are already released in the game. You can also use your saved builds from the My Builds tab.
1
Pick a manager first — the board stays locked until you do.
2
Tap an empty slot to pick a player. Tap a placed card to edit it.
3
Turn on move mode and drag a card — the position follows where you drop it.
4
If that is not the position you wanted, tap the card and change it in the edit screen.
5
Drop a card onto another to swap them. If the drag does not fit on screen, tap a bench player first, then tap a starter to substitute.
6
The GK cannot be moved on the pitch — a GK can only be swapped with another GK.
7
Turn on trash mode, then tap a card to empty that slot.
8
Turn on Fluid Formation to give the squad a separate defensive shape. It stays locked until all 11 starting slots are filled.
9
Tap the Center Piece and Key Man boxes in the Link-Up Play area at the top to assign players. Each box shows the playstyle and positions it requires.
10
Under the bench you can set 2 attacking and 2 defensive player instructions.
11
The condition toggle shows each player's condition grade (A–E) on the card. Display only — it does not affect the saved rating.
12
Tap the condition button again to show attacking (ATT) or defensive (DEF) playstyles on the cards.
13
In move mode the same button switches the pitch overlay shown while you drag: POS (position), ATT or DEF proficiency.
14
Team Chemistry under the bench counts how many players share a team or a league — those counts are what decide the boosters.
15
To save: fill all 11 starting slots and allocate every progression point — points are allocated in the card's edit screen.
There is no shape menu. The formation is made from where you place the players, so any shape is possible. The name (for example 4-2-3-1) is worked out from the positions on the pitch.
In a formation, boosters are not fixed to the card — they are decided by your squad. All 23 players (11 starters + 12 subs) are counted, including the player himself.
Same national team (POTD)
Same league (Total Package)
If the league is “Other” or missing, the tier is always +1 — the number of players does not matter.
Condition (TRENDING cards)
BLUE LOCK cards in the squad
Booster 1 cannot be edited. It is always the card value or the value the rules decide.
Set Booster 2 when the card image has an empty slot.
For POTW / POTD players the builder shows the current condition, and saves with the card’s base booster (Condition A +3).
Placing a player out of his best position (fit 1 or 0) lowers his OVR. That number may differ slightly from the in-game value.
When saving, paste YouTube links into Reference videos — up to 5. Both normal videos and Shorts work: a /shorts/ link is shown as a vertical Short, other links as a normal video. You can also paste several links at once.
Fill all 11 starting slots and spend every progression point, then save with a name, an optional description, reference videos and Public or Private. Public formations appear in the formation list and the feed.
Yes. Tap the download icon and choose Simple (manager and formation) or Detailed (formation with player cards).
1
The Attack and Defense filters use the base shape — the detailed formation with its middle numbers added up. 4-2-3-1 becomes 4-5-1, and 4-1-2-3 becomes 4-3-3.
2
Country, Tactic, Manager, Attack, Defense and Fluid filters are available — combine them to find the formation that suits you.
3
You can also sort the list — Most Liked, Most Viewed, Newest or Oldest.
On a formation page, open the Save menu:
- Save a copy — save it as it is to your squad
- Start from this — open it in the builder and change it first
My Squad
In My Squad, under the Formations and Builds tabs. The Builds tab has its own search, sort and filters.
Open a build to Update or Delete it. For formations, use the edit and delete buttons on each card.
Use the switch on the formation card. Private items are only visible to you. A build’s visibility is chosen when you save it.
It marks that formation as your main formation.
In My Squad, tap Edit social links. You can add YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch and Facebook — enter only the username.

That is expected. The Following feed only receives posts made after you followed. Older posts are still on their profile.
You can comment on players, builds and formations, and reply to comments. Sort by Top or Latest. Use the menu on your own comment to edit or delete it, or on someone else’s to report it.
Tap Block on their profile. Their posts and comments are hidden from you, and any follow between you is removed. Manage blocked people in Blocked Users.
The bell icon at the top (when signed in). Switch between Unread and All, and mark everything as read at once.
Manager Search
On the Manager page, filter by team playstyle (Possession Game, Quick Counter, Long Ball Counter, Out Wide, Long Ball), booster and link-up play, then sort by the playstyle you care about to see the highest proficiency first.
